SHIPPING TO ITALY: FREE FOR ORDERS OVER €89

Shipping is  free  for orders of  €89.00 or more,  including VAT. For orders under €89.00, including VAT, shipping costs are  €6.90,  including VAT. Orders currently ship within 1-2  business days . Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded.

All products in the “ Projects ” category are shipped from a second warehouse, so adding any other items not related to this category will add an additional €6.90 shipping cost to your cart.

All products in the “ Plexiglass Cases by Federicstore ” category are shipped from a second external warehouse with different delivery times, ranging from 3-10 working days, with additional shipping costs. 

SHIPMENTS ABROAD

International shipping is available again! We currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COURIER FAILS TO DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE?

If the courier doesn't find you at home, they will make another delivery attempt the next working day.

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to force majeure (missing address or recipient absent after multiple attempts), you will receive an email from BRT informing you that your package is undelivered and requesting your instructions. If you don't receive the email, don't worry: our customer service team will contact you by phone to arrange a new delivery attempt.

CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS

You can only change your delivery address if it's still pending payment or hasn't been processed by contacting customer support via email or live chat. Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, it's not possible to change the address once the order has been processed or handed over to the courier. So before submitting your order, make sure it's filled out correctly and matches the address you want your package to arrive to!
